Meet the ‘Short and Sweet’ Winner of the American Rescue Dog Show

A very good boy named Howard took home the ‘Best in Rescue’ trophy this week on the Hallmark Channel’s second annual American Rescue Dog Show. Howard won a $25,000 donation to his rescue, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society.
